B. In the event of customer dissatisfaction due to faulty/damaged items all complaints are promptly dealt with and resolved with a minimum delay. We should be informed of faulty/damaged items within 2 days of receiving item by email or writing.
C. Faulty/damaged items should be returned to us no later than 7 days on return to us it shall be replaced with the same item if found to be faulty/damaged, The customer is responsible for any return of item postage costs.

E. Retail orders are normally despatched within 2 days of order

We adhere to the ‘Distance Selling regulations’ which are as follows.
If an item is received damaged please contact us and advise the damage.
We may ask you to either return the item for a replacement in which case you will be re-imbursed for the return postage cost,
or ask you to provide a photograph of the damage via email.
Once we have inspected the item a replacement will be sent to you at no cost to yourself.
If you change your mind within 7 days,
or the product is not suitable then you can return the item for a refund, The item must be un opened,
un damaged and in its original postage packaging,
however you will be responsible for the costs involved in returning the item to us in good condition.
This option is not available for certain items where an item cannot be re-sold as new, such as perishables.
